🗑️ Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your Arc Companion account and all associated data.
⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent!
Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- Your user profile and account credentials
- All map marker progress (found/confirmed markers)
- All marketplace listings you created
- All comments you posted
- All saved favorites
- Premium status (purchases are non-refundable)
This cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
1 From the App (Recommended)
- Open Arc Companion on your device
- Go to Profile tab (bottom navigation)
- Scroll down to Account Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm by typing "DELETE" when prompted
- Your account will be immediately deleted
2 Via Email Request
If you can't access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
Send an email to:
support@brightfox.funPlease include in your email:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request - Arc Companion"
- The email address associated with your account
- Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent
📅 Processing Time
- In-app deletion: Immediate
- Email request: Within 48-72 hours
You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
What Happens After Deletion?
- You will be signed out of the app immediately
- All your data will be permanently removed from our servers
- You can create a new account anytime with the same or different email
- Any premium purchases will not transfer to a new account
