Delete your account in GamerList

1. Open GamerList and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete account.
4. Review the warning and select Delete to confirm.

The active account and associated user-owned records are deleted immediately after the request succeeds, and you are signed out.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot sign in or no longer have access to GamerList, email support@brightfox.fun with the subject GamerList Account Deletion Request.

Send the request from the email address associated with your GamerList account and include that address in the message. Do not send your password, authentication code, purchase token, or full payment details. We may request limited additional information to verify account ownership.

Verified email requests are normally completed within 7 days. We will confirm when processing is complete.

Data deleted with your account

• Your authentication account, profile, username, biography, and uploaded profile image.
• Your game library, backlog states, favorites, ratings, custom lists, and play sessions.
• Your journal entries and images, resume notes, and game logs.
• Your reviews, comments, votes, reports, and feedback associated with the account.
• Your linked gaming-account identifiers and imported Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox data.
• Your interactive-map progress, found locations, and custom markers.
• Your GamerList subscription entitlement record associated with the account.

Data that may be retained

• Restricted backup copies and security logs may persist until routine rotation, ordinarily no longer than 90 days.
• Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records may be retained when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
• Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained.
• Google Play or Apple may retain purchase history under their own policies. BrightFox cannot delete records held independently by an app store.

Cancel an active subscription first

Deleting your GamerList account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play or Apple. Cancel the subscription in your app-store account before deleting GamerList. Account deletion does not create an automatic refund.
